Voit BLUE snugpack backpack BARNFRESH and cracked

This is a rough NOT perfect Voit Backpack. It is great for display and maybe for care diving. It has some cracks near the band, but feels very solid. I cannot say it is diveworthy so I am selling it as a display piece. It is made of a fibreglass like material not a plastic from what I can tell.
