We have two of these! Your eyes are not fooling you. They are NEW OLD SOCK Royal Mistral mouthpieces complete with valves. They came to me packed in these uber dusty beat up cardboard boxes. They are in real cardboard boxes not the corrugated boxes used today! The mouthpieces are packed in the cardboard boxes with waxy shredded paper and sealed in a heavy mil bag. I removed one from the bag for pictures. You are buying ONE mouthpiece for this price. As long as 2 are available you are welcome to buy both.
