This just came into The Scuba Museum on trade.  It comes with a working SPG and is in great condition.  The reg appears to work, but I have not had it rebuilt, nor have I dived it.  It even has an all metal chromed DIN cap cover.  Try to find that on a modern single hose reg today!  You can avoid having to pay 50 dollars in shipping for a reg from EBAY France with this item as it is in the USA already.  If you are looking for a vintage Spirotechnique single hose this is the best buy for you.
