This is a "Hloubkomêr". NH03 wrist depth gauge from Czechoslovakia.  It was made in Praha (Prague) at Mikrotechna/Modrany factory in 1983 and was used by combat divers.  Later productions were made available to civilian sport divers as well.  Production ceased around 1990.
